Pricing and Payment

If you feel that your cleaner has gone above and beyond the call of duty and you'd like to tip him or her, feel free to do so.

We process all payments through Stripe, a secure, 256-bit SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway that has been trusted by worldwide companies for years.

Your Appointment

In the event that you have to cancel or skip your scheduled cleaning, we require a 24-hour notice. If we receive fewer than 24 hours advance notice, a fee of $70 will apply. As you may know, the cleaners are booked for your cleaning and lose work when a last-minute cancellation occurs.

If you have a preference for a cleaner, please let our head office know. While we can't guarantee that this particular cleaner will be available for each visit, we'll do our best to schedule this person to clean your property when he or she is available.

To allow our employees to be with their families, we are not open on major holidays. In the event that your cleaning falls on a holiday, the office will contact you in advance to reschedule the cleaning.

No, you are not required to be present for your scheduled cleaning. You'll simply have to provide us with a copy of your house key.

Yes, we absolutely do! We are proud of the quality of the work that we deliver and are certain that you'll be happy with it. Should you be unhappy with the job, please let us know so as to make it right. We will send the same Cosmic Cleaning LA professional back to make sure that you are satisfied with the standard of the job.

The cleaners will only clean what was missing, not the entire house.

A re-clean appointment needs to be scheduled and completed within 48 hours. Email or call us at 279-999-3864 to address any missed areas within 48 hours.

Our employees are insured to ensure the safety of your belongings in the unfortunate event of a breakage. We will do everything we can to repair or replace the item as soon as possible.

No, all cleaning supplies that are required to clean your property will be provided by us.

Trust and Safety

The house keys of our clients are safeguarded in multiple ways. On days when your house is not to be cleaned, your key will be locked up. On days when your house is scheduled to be cleaned, our cleaners must sign out your key at the start of the day and sign it back in at the end of the day.
